Tasting Note: Matured for 12 years in Bourbon & Sherry casks, much like a whisky, this Venezuelan Rum offers a drier, spicier, bitter-sweet feel to the caramel sweetness of Diplomático. Notes of caramelised bananas, raisins, rich fig, fresh ginger and sticky tobacco come through alongside the classic vanilla and orange peel.
