Jean-Jacques Trijol is a 5th generation producer making Cognacs of huge finesse but at very modest prices. The VSOP is blend of cognacs between 10-20 years old from estate grown fruit. Mellow, rich, dried fruits, vanilla and spices with a little apricot and oak on the finish.
