2014 Felix Cachazo Gran Cardiel Verdejo
From high plain vineyards 120km north of Madrid where the nights are cool giving balance to the grapes in this semi-arid region. The crisp aromatic notes of the Verdejo are softened by the ripe apricot textures of the Viura. This makes a very good quaffer, but is ideal with a range of fish dishes, light starters and salads.
