As you might expect, this gin is made by two brother Drew and Alex; who produce, market and sell their gin outside of their full-time jobs. The method of production is unlike the normal pot still, it has been made by a rotating cold distilling machine where the botanicals and alcohol pass through, condense and evaporate leaving Gin - very science fiction. The aroma is fresh, orange, white pepper and it is very smooth and designed to be severed at 7 degrees straight out of the fridge. There is a special sticker on the back of the bottles which turns blue when it has reached the perfect temperature to serve.
