A fresh and elegant first bouquet, followed by a palate of succulent apple, peach, and apricot. The well-balanced palate is characterised by a complex sensation which is both full-bodied and fresh. The finish is long with hints of dried fruits.
- 2x NV Champagne Bernard Robert Brut
Rich, creamy and soft on the palate there are flavours of toast, brioche and a slight doughiness. Well structured, crisp but not overpowering acidity this is a perfect 'house' Champagne sure to appeal to most palates.
- 2x NV Champagne Lallier Grand Cru Brut Grande Réserve
Rich and toasty it shows delicate flavours of blackcurrant, cookie dough, green apple and a crisp, citrusy element.
