Hibiki was launched in 1989 to commemorate Suntory’s 90th anniversary, and has ever since been embraced as the paragon of The Art of Japanese Whisky, the very product of Japanese nature and her people. This 21-Year-Old is perhaps the finest of the Hibiki range. Beautifully complex flavours of baked apple, cherry, blackberry, ripe banana, caramel biscuit, dried apricot, and honeycomb combine with the elegant spice which only Mizunara can impart. A long creme-brulee style finish rounds off an incredible whisky with phenomenal balance and elegance.
