Distilled from a combination of peated and unpeated Scottish barley and matured it entirely in Hungarian oak Oloroso sherry casks.
Hungarian oak is prized for its tighter grain, allowing more controlled interaction between spirit and wood during maturation.
The elegant sherry influence offers up layers of orange peel and ginger alongside rich notes of dark chocolate and smoky bacon.
