March's Mixed Six Roses
This month's mixed rosés show off different styles from the crisp Provence-esque to the fruiter, fuller, deeper.
At the lighter, crisper end of the spectrum are two standouts, one from South Africa, one from Argentina.
The 2022 Holden Manz Rothko Rosé (also available in magnums!) is a Provence-style pink from our friends at Holden Manz. Known for their wines that are on the bold side, this delivers bright and crisp fruit salad of flavour.
Over to Argentina's signature grape for our next wine, the 2022 Bodega Sottano Malbec Rosé. Layers of cherry, rose, and a gentle spice, and great with food.
We've just had James Frost over for tastings at both of our shops, which has reminded us just how incredible the 2022 Quinta de Sant'Ana Rose is! A deeper colour which brings bolder flavours to the fore. Raspberries, meadow flavours, and a touch of vanilla.
