This 12‑year‑old Blended Malt from Mossburn’s Cask Collaboration Series marries Speyside’s signature silkiness with a vibrant finish in Foursquare rum casks from Barbados. This release delivers an adventurous yet elegant whisky that appeals to both traditionalists and explorers.

Production: After aging in oak, the whisky is transferred into ex‑Foursquare rum butts for a secondary finish, infusing tropical fruit, warm spice and delicate molasses character.

Pairing Suggestions: Serve with salted caramel chocolates or alongside spiced jerk chicken and grilled pineapple to accentuate the rum‑cask sweetness and pepper spice.

Tasting Note: The nose opens with banana, toasted coconut and honeyed vanilla. The palate reveals mango, brown sugar and cinnamon, leading to a long, warming finish with lingering sultana and gentle smoke.
