This Vin Santo is produced according to the ancient Tuscan tradition with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes. It is created by drying the grapes on mats followed by aging after fermentation for a long period in small barrels known as "caratelli".

Tasting Note: With an intense amber colour, it boasts an aroma of dried fruit with hints of honey and a sweet, velvety taste.

Pairing Suggestion: Ideal both as an aperitif or paired with traditional desserts, dry confectionery and Cantucci.
