NV Champagne Gallimard Amphoressence Zero Dosage
This Champagne is at the heart of the Gallimard family, a subtle blend of tradition and innovation.
Vinified in ovoid jars that allow a micro-oxygenation; as happens for wines aged in terracotta. The wines gain maturity and complexity while maintaining their original purity.
Amphoressence’ is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay, aged for 24 months in four amphorae and bottled with no dosage. This is very fine and pure and rather serious.
Tasting Note: Aromatic and rich, citrus and green apple, with an unparalleled mineral harmony.
