Keigetsu CEL24 Junmai Daiginjo 50 Sake
Since their founding in 1877, Keigetsu have manufactured high quality sake, using their abundant water and clean air from mountains in nothern Kochi-prefecture (the “Tosa-Reihoku region”).
Junmai-Daiginjo is a measure of quality; a marker that it is regarded as the finest style of Sake.
Winner of the Junmai Daiginjo Gold Medal at the 2019 International Wine Challenge, the `CEL24 Junmai Daiginjo 50` bears the name of a special yeast strain native to Kōchi, that impairs a highly aromatic pineapple and mango profile to this modern and very enticing off-dry sake.
