Canadian born Patrick Piuze has worked at some of Chablis finest cellars, and since branching out on his own has been praised by David Schildknecht of Wine Advocate for his `formidable skills`. This is one of his top wines, from the highly regarded Premier Cru vineyard Les Forets. David Schildknecht awards the wine awards the wine 90-91 Points and writes `juicy and bracing, it`s salty streak leads to a finish of saliva inducement and invigoration.` 12.5%
