This wine is a blend of Roussanne 30%, Viognier 30%, Clairette 20%, Marsanne 10% and Bourboulenc 10%. The wine exhibits a pale green hue, and the nose expresses intense flowery aromas from The Clairette grapes. The wine is well balanced with the Viognier giving it volume and fatness, along with fresh apricot and exotic fruit traces. Drink as an aperitif or match with fish, white meat and salads. 14.5%
