Diatomists was founded by three friends Antonio Morenés and his friends George from Oxford, and Tommy from Barcelona. They all share a passion for wine produced in Andalucía and have an abundance of experience from across the trade. The Diatomists trio explore every corner of this southernmost point of Spain in search of winemakers committed to producing compelling wines that reflect the true authentic identity of Jerez.

Antonio joined us for our Christmas event last November, and his wines impressed us so much we immediately knew we had to invite him back.

We will learn the difference between Fino & Manzanilla, Oloroso & Amontillado & most things in between alongside some authentic tapas dishes and hearty Paella.

We appreciate circumstances can change. However, due to previous last-minute cancellations, this event is subject to our policy:

If you cancel at least 5 working days prior to the event, we will reimburse your ticket.

If you cancel less than 5 working days before the event, we will issue a full refund, but only if we are able to resell your ticket at its full value.
