Made using only Scottish barley, fermented for 160 hours, distilled slowly, and laid in finest sherry casks for a minimum of 18 long years, this gorgeous, but elusive, whisky is a masterpiece in the rich rewards in flavour that only come from patience.

Colour - Intense Chestnut

Nose - Layers of heather honey, toffee and moscovado sugar, with dark chocolate, caramel and dried sultanas.

Taste - Bursting with fruit cake, butterscotch and wild Scottish honey, followed by layers of blackcurrant, almonds and soft oak spice on the finish.
