Tasting Note: Cabernet Sauvignon & Mavrud collaborate for 9 months in Bulgarian oak barrels giving the wine a warming dark ruby hue. Rich & intense notes of blackberries, plums, forest fruits, spices, vanilla, and velvety dark chocolate leap from the glass. Generous, fruity, and juicy on the palate, with pronounced but delicate tannins leading to a long, lingering finish. Serve with pigeon, celeriac puree & blackberry jus

2x 2022 Georgiev & Milkov Mixtape, Thracian Valley

Tasting Note: A new delight from our esteemed friends Peter and Rado, this wine is described by them as a “mixtape” of the wonderful indigenous grape varieties of Bulgaria - Pamid, Rubin & Mavrud. A limited parcel of 120 bottles, the wine undergoes a spontaneous barrel fermentation before ageing gently over 8 months.
