Aged initially in ex-bourbon casks before resting in Pedro Ximénez Sherry quarter casks, this expression marries Speyside finesse with a luscious, dessert-like depth.
Each sip reveals layers of chocolate, maple, and dried fruit intertwined with nutty richness and spice. The smaller quarter casks intensify contact with the wood, enhancing depth and flavour concentration. Crafted by Master Distiller Robert Fleming, it’s a perfect example of how traditional Scotch technique can meet sherry cask opulence.
