Entice 2025 is a handcrafted ice-wine style dessert wine that captures the essence of indulgence in every drop. Intensely aromatic, luxuriously textured, and beautifully balanced, it's a celebration of the aromatic and fragrant Bacchus grape.

A very limited release, this elegant, handcrafted English dessert wine is made in an ice-wine style, from 100% Bacchus grapes. The grapes were hand-picked and frozen to -18°C for four weeks. The high sugars cause the fermentation to cease early, leaving relatively low alcohol and high residual sugar.

Tasting Note: Pale gold in colour, this decadent dessert wine is bursting with aromatic notes of lemon zest, honeysuckle, and tropical fruits. On the palate, ripe pineapple, mangosteen, and lychee give way to layers of pink peach and bright lemon curd. Sumptuously rich and luscious yet perfectly balanced, it ends smoothly with a long, vibrant finish.

Hattingley Valley

From its birth as a farm diversification project back in 2008, Hattingley has grown to become one of the leading wineries in the UK, based in rural Hampshire (just down the round from Caviste!).

The Robinson family made their initial steps in 2008 by planting the first vineyard on some of the farmland, but had no idea that it would lead to where it has, today.

Now, their site has a purpose-built, eco-friendly winery, that was constructed under the guidance of their Head Winemaker and Director, Emma Rice.

They are serious - and seriously good - winemakers, but they love to have a little fun , so expect the unexpected, embrace the unconventional, throw off the shackles of tradition and try the remarkable wines of Hattingley Valley.
