Kilchoman’s meticulous process begins with barley grown on their 2,300-acre farm. The grain is malted, distilled, matured, and bottled entirely on-site, embodying their 100% Islay ethos. The 50 ppm peat level adds a signature smokiness, while the blend of bourbon and sherry casks deepens the complexity. Tasting Note: On the nose, fragrant heather and raisins mingle with pear, orange peel, and wafts of peat smoke.
