This vatting of bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks is bottled uncut at 57.8%, delivering the purest expression of Kilchoman’s fruity?smoky signature.

Production: Spirit from locally grown, floor?malted barley ferments and distills on site, then ages in a blend of bourbon barrels and Oloroso butts before un?cut bottling.

Pairing Suggestions: Pairs brilliantly with charcuterie boards and smoked eel, while also cutting through rich stews and toasted pecan desserts.

Tasting Note: The nose brims with raisin cake, pear and orange peel, followed by a dense palate of plum liqueur, toffee and oak. Smoke and brown sugar linger long on the finish.
