2011 Château Fieuzal Pessac Leognan
A ten year old claret from Pessac-Leognan south of the city of Bordeaux. As pretty perfect as a claret gets. An amazed customer encountered this in British Airways First Class - and was overjoyed to find that Caviste has all the remaining bottles in the UK. Performs comfortably above its price tag.
Tasting Note: Ripe blackcurrant and blackberries with soft and juicy tannins. Drinking absolutely wonderfully.
Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc.
