Gramercy's goal was to make a fantastic Cabernet, at a fantastic price.
Tasting Note: Aromas of traditional Cabernet Sauvignon such as black currant, cherry, and ripe raspberry are followed by delicate hints of dark chocolate, rose hips, beechwood, vanilla bean, thyme, and Turkish spices. This vintage has a more elegant style than a powerful one. The palate is smooth with agreeable tannins, complemented by a robust acidity that underpins the mid-palate.
