Organically grown, with careful selection to ensure this wine is a pure Expresión of the varietal: Tempranillo.

Patience is a virtue possessed by the team at Bodega Son Vich. The grapes are destemmed and very lightly crushed, fermented at low temperatures for a minimum of 30 days in stainless steel vats, and kept on their lees without additives for five months. Following this is a gentle filtration prior to bottling.

Tasting Note: A deep cherry colour, with a balance of fruits and minerals on the nose. Pleasing, voluminous, and elegant, with a texture developed through the wine's lees-aging. Long finish with balanced acidity.

Ideal for white and red meats, foie gras, cheeses, pastas and dark chocolate. Optimal temperature 17 - 18ºC after decanting.

Bodega Son Vich de Superna

The Son Vich de Superna Winery is a family winery which uses traditional production methods.

It is located in Majorca, right in the heart of the Serra Tramuntana, one of four wine production areas in the world classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

Born in 2006 with a passion to make wines that are not only high quality, but also different from what was until then being made on the island, always fully respecting the natural environment. They use indigenous grape varietals such as Prensal, Manto Negro, and Gorgollassa, as well as international varietals Viognier, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot.
