EQ Pinot Noir is crafted from vineyards located in the Casablanca Valley, 6 miles from the Pacific Ocean.

Experience the unique terroir of this coastal vineyard, influenced by maritime breezes and cool temperatures. The soil, composed of granite and mica, is meticulously cared for using organic and Biodynamic principles, resulting in exceptional wine grapes that capture the essence of the land.

Each clone has its own personality and was chosen especially to suit each vineyard site, soil, and management techniques. These unique wines have an enhanced complexity and balance, resulting in a wine full of nuances, flavours, freshness, and complexity.

The grapes were carefully handpicked and meticulously sorted after being cooled. The wine underwent gentle, natural fermentation in stainless steel, using indigenous yeasts. 

The wine was aged in French oak barrels of different sizes from select Burgundian coopers. After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 14 months until it was finally blended and bottled.

Tasting Note: With a rich and vibrant violet-red hue, this wine is deeply enticing. The aroma is focused on luscious red fruits, including cherries and strawberries, accompanied by hints of earthy minerals. Its delicate yet complex character is beautifully complemented by a full, velvety mouthfeel, perfectly balanced acidity, and smooth tannins.
