Red wine made from the most ancient organic vineyards of the Povero family, which extend over a hill of Roero, where the geological and climatic conditions are the most suitable for a very sensitive vine such as Nebbiolo.

Aged for 24 months in Piedmontese tonneaux of Slavonian oak.

Tasting Note: The bouquet exudes a delicate, enchanting scent that evolves gracefully. The palate boasts a robust combination of floral and fruity elements, including dried roses, violets, raspberry, blackberry, citrus, and almond. With time, it becomes more earthy and spicy, revealing a hint of berry and a touch of balsamic. The tannins are dense, velvety, and seamlessly integrated into the overall structure.
