2021 Domaine Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet Syrah Collines Rhodaniennes
The Collines Rhodaniennes is an appellation in the northern Rhône Valley that stretches from Lyon to Montélimar and includes well-known AOC appellations such as Côte Rôtie, Condrieu, and Hermitage.
This wine comes from parcels of older vines, spread across the domaine's northern Rhône vineyards.
Produced in a stainless steel tank to enhance the bold fruits of the wine. The maceration process is short and aging takes places in concrete and steel tanks to enhance brightness and freshness of the flavours.
Tasting Note: This exquisite wine boasts a fruity and delicate aroma, typical of the Northern Syrah region, is a truly delightful choice. A classic, fruit-forward character with dark and red fruits, with a touch of herbs and depth of flavour.
