The 2021 La Côte Sauvage Cairanne is a wine of depth and distinction, marrying bold richness with polished finesse. Packed with vibrant dark fruits, subtle spices, and a silky texture, this is a wine that effortlessly blends power and elegance in every sip.
Hand-harvested grapes from old bush vines form the foundation of this impressive blend. Traditional winemaking techniques take centre stage, including open-top fermentations and gentle hand punch-downs. The wine matures for twenty-two months in a careful mix of oak barrels, ensuring structure, elegance, and subtle layers of flavour without overpowering the fruit.
Tasting Note: Opulent waves of dark plum, morello cherry, and liquorice are balanced by hints of black tea, chocolate, and warming cinnamon spice. Smooth, savoury, and endlessly satisfying.
