Originating from the acclaimed Jonkershoek Valley in Stellenbosch, this Pinotage is produced by a winery that honours its rich Barossa-inspired legacy while embracing modern viticultural techniques. Hand-harvested with meticulous care across five distinct vineyard blocks, the grapes are then gently processed to preserve their natural complexity. With ageing in a blend of French oak barrels for at least 15 months, the result is a wine with the promise of evolving elegance over 5 to 10 years.

During fermentation, the grapes are sorted and destemmed by hand, with regular pump-overs in stainless steel tanks ensuring optimal colour and flavour extraction. A subsequent malolactic fermentation in carefully selected oak barrels further integrates the wine's structure, producing a harmonious balance between fruit, wood, and tannins.
