Skipskop’s 2022 Muscat de Frontignan is a luscious fortified from 2008‑planted vines, fermented to 6% then raised to 18.5% ABV, with 104 g/L residual sugar.
After three years in oak, it reveals heady Muscat aromatics and apricot‑honey sweetness—perfect for half‑bottle indulgence.
Winemaking: Partially fermented to 6% ABV, then fortified with neutral grape spirit up to 18.5%, aged three years in seasoned barrels.
Pairing Suggestions: Enjoy alongside blue‑veined cheeses, fruit tarts or vanilla ice‑cream for a decadent finale.
Tasting Note: Perfumed notes of orange blossom, ripe apricot and rose petal lead into honeyed raisin, marmalade and a hint of toasted almond.
