2022 Thorle Riesling Feinherb Off Dry
Grapes from the renowned Saulheim vineyards are carefully selected then gently foot-trodden.
Fermentation then occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts. The must was matured for six weeks before being bottled, after a restful stay for six-months in stainless steel tanks.
An off-dry Riesling with a profile suited to aromatic, spiced, dishes from a variety of cuisines. A treat!
Tasting Note: Filled with peaches, apples, limestone and a touch of wild yeast. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and light, offering a fine intensity of flavour, bright acidity, and a complex finish. The pronounced fruit is perfectly balanced by the residual sweetness and Riesling's natural acidity.
