Château d’Aqueria’s Tavel Rosé is a bold and elegant expression of one of France’s most renowned rosé-producing regions. Grown on fine sandy soils surrounding the Château, this Tavel stands out with its distinctive character and complexity. Crafted from a harmonious blend of six grape varieties – Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Cinsault – this rosé beautifully balances freshness with depth, thanks to the diverse influences of both red and white grapes.

The Tavel Rosé’s complexity is enhanced by meticulous winemaking. The grapes are carefully destemmed and undergo a brief maceration to extract just the right amount of colour and aromatic intensity. After fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, the result is a rosé that embodies the essence of the Tavel appellation – vibrant, expressive, and full of charm.

Tasting Note: An intense, ruby-hued brilliance shines out from the glass. The nose is opulent and intricate, offering scents of raspberry, wild strawberry, and pomegranate. A sturdy yet graceful structure opens up on the palate, where the red fruit and spice notes become fully expressed and linger until the conclusion.
