Tasting note: Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Pleasant and persistent aroma with fruity notes of red berry fruit with hints of black cherry and blackberry. Full and round taste on the palate, with good body. The finish is very persistent and pleasant with sweet, velvety tannins. Full-bodied, soft, balanced, intense wine.

Pairing Suggestions: Excellent with game, braised meats, red meats, roasts, mature cheeses and chocolate.

A land where vineyards alternate with wild, uncultivated fields, and the hills are so close to the water that they seem to want to be reflected in it. The vineyards of Tenuta Ulisse, nestled in an embrace between the sea and the imposing peaks of Majella and Gran Sasso, enjoy a unique climate. The peaks look over the grapes like gentle giants and the breeze collides against the stone, returns to the leaf and infuses it with an unexpected flavour.
