This aromatic Viognier delivers ripe apricot, honeysuckle and spice from old vines on granite slopes. Its rich, lingering mouthfeel balances luscious fruit with bright Rhône acidity. A serious, affordable alternative to Condrieu.

Winemaking: 100% Viognier hand-picked, chilled overnight, gentle pressing, cold fermentation in stainless steel, 10 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage for texture.

Pairing Suggestions: Creamy poultry dishes, saffron risotto, mushroom and goat cheese tart.

Tasting Note: Golden yellow, aromas of apricot and white flowers, rich palate, balanced acidity and a long, luscious finish.

Domaine Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet

Domaine Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet is a six-generation family estate perched at the northern edge of the Northern Rhône, where Philippe brought 30 years’ production expertise from Paul Jaboulet Aîné and Vincent added his Burgundian and Australian oenology training. Together they farm 30 ha across Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Cornas and IGP Collines Rhôdaniennes, all certified HVE 3 with zero pesticides and active biodiversity measures (such as bat boxes, insect hotels and cover crops) to honour the terroir.

Their modern cellar blends hands-on tradition (whole-bunch fermentation, gentle pigeage) with precise temperature control and barrel work. From lush, fruit-driven Syrah to rare 100% Roussanne Hermitage Blanc, each cuvée showcases old vines, granite and loess soils, and the Jaboulets’ unwavering commitment to purity, freshness and age-worthy structure.
