The 2024 False Bay Whole Bunch Cinsault Mourvèdre Rosé is a pale, savoury rosé crafted with delicate whole?bunch pressing and wild yeast fermentation for a textural, food?friendly wine.

Grapes are hand?picked and basket?pressed as whole clusters to extract the purest juice. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in stainless steel and wooden foudres. The wine is aged on lees for at least three months before bottling, with only sulphur added for stability.

The whole?bunch method heightens texture and aroma, creating a rosé with summery fruit and a savoury backbone. At this price point, its natural complexity and coastal provenance make it a standout among everyday rosés.

Pairing Suggestions: Pan?fried garlic prawns, Mediterranean grilled vegetables, Nicoise salad or chilled on its own as an aperitif.

Tasting Note: Pale salmon with spicy wild strawberry and summer berry aromas; the palate is textural yet fresh, with a clean, savoury finish and a hint of white pepper.
