The Inchgower 8-Year-Old from Cask Masters is a coastal Speyside single malt matured in a first-fill Château Talbot Bordeaux barrique.
Bottled at 57.1% ABV and limited to 316 bottles, this expression showcases the influence of fine Bordeaux oak on a fresh Speyside spirit, making it a standout for adventurous palates.
Production: This whisky was aged for eight years and finished in a first-fill Château Talbot barrique, then bottled unchill-filtered to retain full flavour.
Tasting Note: It offers extra virgin olive oil and black treacle on the nose, moving to toasted walnut, redcurrant jam and clove, with a long, savoury finish.
