This is basically declassified Meursault and it’s spectacular! Cultivated from 20 plots in Meursault with vines ranging from 35-65 years old for this, Sylvain’s top cuvée. Aged for 12 months in barrel on its lees everything about this wine screams Meursault. Rich, elegant with apple, lime and a lovely minerallity.
