Matured solely in Oloroso butts for over a decade, this whisky captures the power of Islay peat smoke wrapped in rich, nutty sweetness.

Production: Spirit from local barley is aged in Oloroso sherry butts for ten years before bottling at 50% ABV, delivering intense fruit and smoke harmony.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with slow?braised beef cheeks, it also elevates dark chocolate ganache and walnut?topped desserts.

Tasting Note: The nose offers charred oak, smoked chocolate and roasted nuts. On the palate, dried figs, clove and nutmeg are wrapped in velvety peat smoke and caramelised sugar, finishing long with a hint of lemon peel.
