Production: The spirit is matured across a trio of cask sizes and origins - ex?bourbon, octaves and Calvados - for a layered, fruit?driven complexity.

Pairing Suggestions: Delicious with aged Comté or apple?wood smoked cheddar, it’s equally at home alongside roasted pork and tarte tatin.

Tasting Note: The nose unfolds with lemon zest, green apple and sea breeze. The palate is rich with orchard fruit, honeyed malt and delicate floral notes, intertwined with gentle maritime smoke and toasted oak. The finish is long, with hints of baked apple and crushed white pepper.
