Flagship Tarquin's Cornish Gin is first distilled in small batches, then post distillation the gin is lovingly infused with the most delicious rhubarb and raspberries to give this special gin its beautiful blush.
Tasting Note from the Distillery:
Lemon sherbet, fresh raspberries and soft juniper on the nose. Rhubarb sorbet, crisp pine and Eastern spice on the palate. With a finish of tart raspberry jam, zesty citrus and frangipane.
Serving suggestion:
Ginger ale, fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
