Esole Winery, led by the talented Federica and Francesco Dessolis, is making a splash in Sardinia's wine industry. Their journey began with studying Oenology in Oristano and has taken them to prestigious wine regions in France. Hints of spice and dark fruit on the nose, followed by layers of black pepper, blackberry, and blueberry on the palate. Sardinia's Cannonau (Grenache) boasts a bright acidity, shining through on the finish.
